Executive Chef Steven Brand is finding the best and most flavorful tomatoes grown (including some Mary-Catherine will bring him from acclaimed farmer Col Walker in Little Compton) , and making a spectacular five course tasting menu – with every course showing off the many charms of the high summer tomato. Never have tomatoes tasted so good, and been seen in so many different guises. Menu posted on the website in early August.  If you come on the 28th, plan to head downstairs to have a dance with the Bo Winiker orchestra before you leave.
