A.O.C. Martinique Agricole Rums Clement Rum produces the highly mixable V.S.O.P. as well as the intense sipping X.O. rum. For the best the island of Martinique has to offer, try distillery J.M.’s single vintage J.M. 1997. An experience rum lovers and single malt drinkers alike will surely find memorable.
Del Maguey brings you a collection of fine, rare, unblended mezcals made by individual family producers in tiny remote villages scattered throughout the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The hearts of maguey (agave) are roasted over hot stones in a pit in the ground. They are then ground to a mash using horse-powered stone mills, followed by a long period of natural fermentation in wooden vats and finally distilled twice, very slowly, in wood-fired clay or copper stills. These mezcals are truly unlike any others. Their flavor has been described as smokey, deep and warm. Their production is only available in exclusive quantities, for each different village's mezcal, to preserve 16th century style and quality. Only 600 bottles of Tobala are produced every year. Try it neat at the end of your meal or Del Maguey Vida in smoky and savory cocktail. We suggest: Johann Goes to Mexico
